Before your first visit with us, please gather any medical records or adoption papers you may have for your pet. Having access to your pet’s medical history allows us to create the best possible treatment plan for your pet.

What To Expect At Your First Visit
During your first visit with us, we will spend quality time getting to know you and your pet. Your pet’s first visit with us is an important visit as we learn about your pet and discuss your pet’s breed, lifestyle and health goals. Understanding your pet’s background information and health goals allows us to better serve you and your furry, scaly and feathered family members.
When you arrive at West U Veterinary, you and your pet will be greeted by our friendly and compassionate staff. Your pet will receive a “nose to tail” exam by one of our veterinarians, who will also meet with you to discuss your pet’s medical history and discuss your pet’s overall health. Our veterinarians will be available to answer any questions you may have and go over any treatments that your pet might require.
Save Time At Your First Visit
Please fill out and bring with you our new client form prior to your visit so that we may spend more time with you and your pet when you arrive.
Appointments
To make an appointment please call us at 281-578-5449 to set up a time that is convenient with your schedule. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we request that you contact our office as soon as possible. However, walk ins during our normal hours are welcome, especially for sick patients and emergencies.
Payment
Payment is required at the time the services are performed. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and CareCredit.
